Senior Consultant / Manager - Insurance Innovation & Transformation

Help our clients transform their core insurance operations. Work closely with our clients at the heart of the business, implementing innovative strategies, crafting the right operating model, integrating core systems, and optimizing their business processes in sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service and claims. Provide our clients with your fresh and unique vision on how to build flexible, innovative business and operating models and services that are rooted in a strong foundation. Support and lead the development of thought leadership, which pinpoints the future of insurance and acts as a value add and door opener to our clients. Team / description

You’ll be the newest member of our Insurance Operations & Solutions team – a diverse group of professionals that advises on, designs, implements, and deploys solutions focused on “heart of the business” (e.g., sales and distribution, underwriting, operations and claims) in Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance. In Switzerland, we provide industry-specific services in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation. Qualifications and Skills

  • You are curious, passionate about learning, able to enrich our projects with your fresh and unique perspective, and able to survey, articulate, and develop solutions to complex problems

  • You have a passion for driving topics such as strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design and process digitisation and cost optimisation in the insurance industry

  • You have a university degree with a strong academic record and bring relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm

  • You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, such as sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims and customer service management

  • Good understanding of core insurance platforms is a plus (e.g. Guidewire)

  • Fluency in German and English, additional French is a plus
