Role and responsibilities
Help our clients to align strategic business goals with AI innovation to unlock transformative value. Collaborate with clients to define AI strategies that align with their business vision, market positioning, and operational priorities. Translate strategic business goals into clear AI use cases, requirements, and implementation roadmaps. Contribute to thought leadership on AI adoption, governance, ethical considerations, and risk management in line with organisational objectives. Support cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Assist in business development by identifying strategic AI opportunities and supporting the development of compelling proposals. Build client relationships through quality project delivery, advisory and delivery excellence.

Qualifications and Skills
Passionate about the intersection of AI, business strategy, and innovation.
Eager to build expertise in AI strategy consulting and influence business transformation.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with guidance from senior colleagues.
Ability to articulate complex AI concepts in business terms, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in creating clear presentations and strategic documents (Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency essential).
Ability to support stakeholder engagement and contribute to workshops that align diverse perspectives.
Good conceptual capability with the ability to consolidate diverse inputs into coherent strategies.
Good understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital transformation trends.
Familiarity with AI use cases, data platforms, and emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
Understanding of AI risks, ethical considerations, and regulatory impacts from a strategic viewpoint.
Background in business analysis or technology is desirable; management consulting experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams.
First relevant experience in consulting, technology, or industry roles with exposure to AI-driven business initiatives.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
