Role and responsibilities
You define the technical specifications of components to be developed and their key operating parameters. You work in a cross-functional team to ensure that the chosen technologies and specifications match project requirements. You prepare the planning of the development tasks. You support FMEA processes and update and follow up on internal and external engine test activities. You define, monitor and update DVP&Nr; tasks. You regularly work with suppliers on technology surveys, component development, and tear-down activities. You are responsible for 8D troubleshooting for the concerned subsystem. You define maintenance requirements for the subsystem and report its development status to the platform manager. You report the subsystem development status and escalation topics to your line and product line management.

Qualifications and Skills
You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
You have advanced knowledge in the field of combustion engines, DVP&Nr; methodology, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving
You have more than 5 years of experience in engine and hardware development
You have experience with engine subsystems, including hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components
You have an excellent command of English and good knowledge of French or German
You have an excellent command of MS Office
You define yourself as an analytical thinker with strong leadership skills. You approach your work with flexibility and resilience, while remaining mindful of cost and resources
