Role and responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service and Solutions team, you proactively build a network across the Liebherr Group and engage with internal stakeholders, sales organizations, service teams and product experts to understand market needs and customer challenges. You identify unmet customer needs, business opportunities and value creation potential along the product lifecycle. You conduct market and customer intelligence activities by collecting, consolidating and structuring qualitative and quantitative information from various internal sources. You analyze customer pain points and operational challenges and translate them into actionable insights for new Aftermarket Products. You support the development of value propositions for future service offerings. You collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Business Development, Sales and Customer Service teams to validate opportunities and define commercialization strategies. You prepare management presentations and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills
You have completed or are about to complete a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
You are curious and passionate about understanding customer needs, market dynamics and business opportunities
You possess strong communication skills and enjoy transforming information into actionable insights
You are confident in approaching people, building trust and establishing professional relationships across different cultures and functions
You have a structured and entrepreneurial mindset and are able to work independently
You enjoy working in an international and technical environment
You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are considered an advantage
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
