Role and responsibilities

You support the Talent Management team in different projects, coordinating training and development initiatives for employees and managers across different levels of the organization. You prepare impactful presentations, communications, and reports on HR-related topics to support decision-making and internal communication. You contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement within the dynamic HR team. You support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle. You act as a key contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent.

  • You have an excellent command of English, French is an asset.

  • You are enthusiastic about working in human resources and are available for a period of 12 months.

  • You have strong communication and writing skills, are comfortable with the MS Office suite, and quickly adapt to new digital tools and systems.

  • You are proactive, organized, and collaborative, with a positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
