Senior Project Manager

Role and responsibilities
You define and execute program strategies aligned with product line objectives and business targets. You lead and oversee multiple global sourcing and development projects, ensuring delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelines. You coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams such as engineering, sourcing, quality, or operations in a matrix organization. You proactively identify risks and deviations, and drive mitigation plans in alignment with senior stakeholders. You organize and lead risk and governance meetings with management and key stakeholders. You ensure structured and transparent project reporting (KPIs, budgets, milestones) in line with PMO standards. You manage project planning and financial tracking using tools such as MS Project. You ensure successful project closure, including post-project follow-up (SOP +6 months) and handover to Product Management. You drive compliance with internal processes, including the Product Engineering Process.

Qualifications and Skills
You hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, combined with strong business acumen
You bring extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in an industrial and international environment
You have solid experience in supply chain and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, cost management, and industrialization phases
You demonstrate a proven track record delivering projects under cost, quality, and schedule constraints
You have experience working in matrix organizations, coordinating teams without direct authority
You possess strong stakeholder management skills and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
You have a structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
You ideally hold a project management certification such as IPMA (Level B or equivalent), PMI, or similar
You are fluent in English, German and/or French are a strong plus
