Vendor & Contract Manager Parttime/Fulltime

Manage and further develop vendor and service provider relationships across software, market data and external services. Drive the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, amendments and terminations. Monitor service performance through KPI, SLA and contractual oversight, while coordinating supplier escalations. Govern software and market data agreements, licensing models, commercial reviews, cost optimisation initiatives and management reporting. Advise stakeholders and help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including FINMA, DORA and relevant assurance standards.

• Several years of experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management or a related field

• Business or IT University degree or equivalent qualification

• Experience with software, SaaS, outsourcing or market data providers

• Good understanding of software licensing and supplier management

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Analytical mindset with an interest in commercial and operational optimisation.

• Fluent in German and English
