Role and responsibilities

Define and evolve the enterprise testing strategy aligned with Test Factory objectives Design scalable test architectures and automation frameworks Establish standards, best practices, and quality gates Integrate testing into CI/CD/CT pipelines for continuous quality Coach and mentor development and QA teams Promote shift-left and shared ownership of quality Lead trainings, workshops, and communities of practice Provide clear documentation and actionable guidelines Adapt practices to team context and maturity Collaborate with Engineers, QA, Architects, and Product Owners Build relationships based on trust and collaboration Communicate complex topics clearly and effectively Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience as Test Architect, QA Architect, or senior QE leader

  • Strong knowledge of testing across the full lifecycle

  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments

  • Hands-on with frameworks: Cucumber, Gatling, Karate, JMeter, Playwright or similar

  • Experience with tools: Tosca, qTest, XRay or similar

  • Development experience in Java (Spring/Quarkus) and/or JS/TS

  • Experience with CI/CD integration and cloud-native environments

  • Exposure to functional, API, performance, and smoke testing

  • Ability to influence, coach, and inspire

  • Strong communication and adaptability

  • Empathy and passion for enabling others

  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

  • Collaborative and comfortable in multicultural environments

  • Fluent in English and French
