Business Manager – Platform Delivery & Client Engagement

Role and responsibilities

Define, standardize, and continuously improve processes across BPS (change management, case management, governance, reporting). Implement and maintain best‑in‑class tooling for client‑relationship workflows, including roadmap oversight, demand intake, service‑management cases, KPIs, and dashboards. Work closely with Client Platform Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent client experience and delivery quality across all Partner Banks. Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with IT, Product, Operations, and Risk to streamline how client demands are captured, assessed, and executed. Lead internal projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, transparency, and scalability. Drive documentation standards and support internal knowledge‑management practices. Monitor platform evolution and ensure all client‑facing processes remain aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting, business- or project management in financial services or technology.

  • Strong understanding of operating models, process optimisation, and tooling implementation.

  • Experience with service‑management or project‑management solutions (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.).

  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive change across teams.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
