Corporate Taxation and Transfer Pricing Intern

Role and responsibilities

As an intern within our Group Tax Department, you will have the opportunity to participate in current projects and new initiatives. The role mainly consists in assisting all the team members in dealing with Swiss and International direct and indirect tax subjects. Working closely with the entire tax team you may have the opportunity to perform the following tasks: Contribute actively to the internal domestic and international tax watch, Conduct tax studies and legal researches to address concerns raised by the various stakeholders, Participate in updating the transfer pricing documentation and tax disclosure/compliance obligations, Assist in the preparation of tax computations and compliance work, Support the team on indirect tax projects, Assist when dealing with tax administrations’ requests, Ad-hoc project work.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong interest for corporate taxation

  • Master’s degree obtained (or in progress) in tax law, accounting or finance

  • Fluent in French and English is necessary

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and Word)

  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, with a team oriented spirit and curious to learn through a first experience within a leading multinational group. You enjoy working closely and interact with colleagues within an international environment
