Junior Business Analyst - Client Platform Advisory

Role and responsibilities

Support senior advisors in managing day‑to‑day interactions with Partner Banks and understanding their platform needs. Assist in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing client requests across multiple functional domains. Contribute to translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and Operations teams. Help track change requests, roadmap items, and platform enhancements. Develop familiarity with LO’s proprietary private‑banking platform and its front‑to‑back architecture. Participate in workshops, testing activities, and internal coordination meetings. Stay informed about platform evolutions and industry trends in wealth‑management technology.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in banking, consulting, business analysis, or technology (internships included).

  • Familiarity with project‑management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office) is a plus.

  • Strong interest in private banking, digital platforms, and process optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex topics.

  • Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
