Corporate Action Specialist (12-month contract)

Role and responsibilities
Process corporate actions on equities, bonds, and structured products, from analysis to booking and reconciliation. Handle both mandatory and voluntary events such as capital increases, tender offers, mergers, and stock splits. Identify and reconcile eligible holders. Generate and distribute notifications related to corporate actions announcements. Manage clients instructions related to elective corporate actions. Book transactions upon receipt of confirmations within the required deadlines. Resolve position breaks. Escalate complex cases to ensure prompt resolution. Act as a point of contact for our clients, portfolio managers, financial analysts, traders, and our network of custodian banks. Update procedures and contribute to administrative tasks within the department. Support requests from the Legal / Compliance department or audit-related inquiries. Identify potential issues related to operational workflows. Propose continuous improvements to our IT applications.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience of 2-3 years in securities operations (Back Office).
Experience in Corporate Actions and/or Proxy Voting is an asset.
Autonomous, strong sense of priorities, team spirit.
Ability to adapt in a complex environment and manage stress effectively.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
