As a laboratory technician (m/f/d) EFZ in the field of chemistry, you will support Roche in the development of innovative tests and medications to help people lead longer and better lives. You will work in various areas of the Pharma Division, which may include pharmaceutical research and development, quality control, or environmental/safety laboratories. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and methods in a team with chemists, biologists, and pharmacists. In addition to working on your projects, you will also be responsible for laboratory maintenance and the operational readiness of analysis and measurement instruments and general equipment. You will spend a lot of time on the computer, using modern software to prepare and plan work, analyze data, and document experiments. You will regularly present your work and results to your supervisors or directly in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Minimum school level Sek E (BS/BL/SO), Sek (AG), Mittlere Reife (D) or higher school levels.
You are curious and enjoy scientific questions such as biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
You like to work in a team, actively participate in discussions, and enjoy finding your own creative solutions, but can also work independently and focused.
Reliability, good observation skills, and good manual skills are three essential characteristics you should bring.
German: native language or level B2
Basic knowledge of English.
Good performance in mathematics and in scientific subjects.
