Role and responsibilities

Stages in six different business areas (Coop Restaurants, Marché Restaurants, TwoSpice, Bell Food Group, Betty Bossi and Bâle Hotels). Support in operational activities such as F&B projects, reopening and new openings, industrial production processes, recipe developments, and much more. Participation and leadership in various projects of all kinds. Internal professional training (procurement, process knowledge, project management, self-competence). Regular exchange with other trainees as well as development discussions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Frisch abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule mit Verständnis für die System-Gastronomie und nationale Strukturen

  • Hohe Eigenmotivation

  • Vernetztes Denken

  • Belastbare und pragmatische Persönlichkeit

  • Wille (Führungs-) Verantwortung zu übernehmen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenzen

  • Freude, etwas zu bewegen
