Junior UX Designer

Support the design of user-centered digital products and services. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma. Take part in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Turn research findings and feedback into clear design improvements. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, presenting and explaining your design decisions. Contribute to our design system and shared UX practices as you take on more ownership.

You'll join a small UX team working closely with product, technology, and business colleagues across a range of digital products. We value curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful design, and welcome your own ideas.

• A recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field.

• Experience using Figma or a similar design tool.

• A good understanding of UX and UI design principles.

• Strong communicator with a collaborative, curious mindset and an interest in usability testing.

• Ideally, some hands-on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects.

• A portfolio that shows how you approach design problems, not only the final visuals.
