Product Manager Digital Roaming Services

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and commercial success of a next-generation digital roaming service for international telecom providers and enterprise customers. Shape product vision, strategy and roadmap — and champion it with stakeholders and the Executive Board. Spot market opportunities, customer needs and industry trends to fuel innovation and growth. Lead product discovery, validation and business case development. Define commercial models, pricing, value propositions and go-to-market. Turn ideas into scalable, market-ready services. Partner with Technology and Operations to ensure successful delivery and scalability. Build strong relationships with international customers, partners and industry stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.

• 5+ years in Product Management within telecom, technology, SaaS, digital platforms or B2B services

• Proven track record of launching and growing innovative products or digital services

• Experience owning products end-to-end, from market opportunity and business case to launch and growth

• Strong understanding of telecom, international connectivity, wholesale or adjacent digital markets

• Ability to turn market opportunities into successful commercial offerings

• Experienced in working with international, cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong analytical, business and communication skills

• Familiarity with compliance, risk, audit and operational governance

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Open to Swiss and EU nationals, as well as candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit.
