Role and responsibilities
During the programme, you will: Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the COO division Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of the programme Analyse data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making Engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to support programme objectives Assist in project planning, risk management, governance, and progress reporting Gain day to day exposure to a large-scale change programme and develop expertise in transformation delivery Build a strong network across the organisation while developing professional and leadership skills Contribute innovative ideas and help shape the future operating model of the business
Team / description
As part of the COO division you will join a large Transformation Programme, where you will gain broad exposure to Business and IT transformation, develop key project management skills, and build a strong network across the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago)
Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery, with stakeholder management and project governance skills
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
