ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect

Role and responsibilities
Define and drive the end-to-end ServiceNow architectural strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with Julius Baer’s digital transformation goals. Serve as the leading technical authority on the ServiceNow platform. Design integrations, configure workflows, and champion best practices across incidents, changes, requests, and CMDB. Analyse complex business and IT service management challenges, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Guide development teams and stakeholders in implementing ServiceNow-based solutions. Promote reuse, standardization, and compliance across domains. Collaborate closely with ITSM, DevOps, Security, and business representatives. Clearly communicate designs, risks, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In your role you will be the main technical architect of ServiceNow for Bank Julius Baer.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong technical expertise in ITIL frameworks and proven experience applying IT service management best practices
Proficient in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, with hands-on experience managing incidents, changes, and service requests
Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and its integration within end-to-end service delivery processes
Experience of at least 7 years as ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
