Processing and booking of incoming and outgoing SWIFT/SEPA and SIC payments Reconciliation of internal accounts Contact person for internal parties regarding payments transactions Managing and processing of new credit card applications Handling all incoming inquiries related to credit card concerns Interface and contact between the various credit card providers and internal parties

• Completed banking education with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in payments

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and generally tech-savvy

• Experience in project work and process improvement is an advantage

• Ability to learn products and systems quickly

• Seeking new challenges, continuous change, and ongoing improvement

• Strong team player with a can-do attitude

• Precise and independent execution of tasks

• Flexible, reliable, and resilient personality

• Sophisticated communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
