Role and responsibilities
Development and implementation of safety-critical software for electronic interlocking systems (E-IXL). Modeling and analysis of safety logic in accordance with railway engineering requirements. Ensuring compliance with relevant CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50716). Integration of safety software into complex system architectures in interdisciplinary teams. Documentation, verification, and continuous optimization of existing software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills
Completed degree in electrical/systems engineering, transportation engineering, or comparable technical training
Experience or interest in safety-critical software development
Knowledge of IEC languages (e.g., FBD or structured text)
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills, independent and focused approach to work
Very good German language skills
