Role and responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for visitors and employees—greet them warmly, answer questions, provide directions, and make everyone feel welcome. Keep our workplace secure by managing visitor access, handling registration and badge issuance, and working with security to maintain a safe environment. Deliver exceptional service as a brand ambassador—respond to needs quickly, handle concerns professionally, and reflect our company values in everything you do. Run front desk operations smoothly—manage phones and emails, handle mail and packages, coordinate couriers, and keep the lobby clean and organized. Support events and meetings by coordinating room reservations, setup, catering, and ensuring all spaces and equipment are ready to go. Provide administrative backup—manage supplies and inventory, order consumables, handle scheduling and calendars, arrange travel, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
Comfortable with phone systems, email, and office software
Proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
Previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
