Role and responsibilities
As Wood & Plywood Solutions Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects assigned to the Wood & Plywood Solutions team, overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle — from design and sourcing through manufacturing, assembly, and final execution. You will develop competitive, cost-effective, and technically sound proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. You will contribute to Nefab's ability to consistently deliver high-quality, customer-aligned wood and plywood packaging solutions on time and within scope. You will facilitate project kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; determine optimal execution and delivery locations based on Nefab's manufacturing capabilities and capacity; and act as the primary point of coordination throughout the quotation process — proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving projects to successful completion. You will also prepare and present project proposals and final deliverables to Regional Managing Directors and customers.

Qualifications and Skills
University degree
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations, and manufacturing within the packaging, wood, plywood, or related industrial sector
Strong knowledge of wood and plywood manufacturing processes, materials, converting methods, and packaging solutions; experience with wood packaging is considered an asset
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating projects involving Engineering, Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Sales
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and customers
English language proficiency (Advanced)
