Role and responsibilities

Koordination und Steuerung der Entwicklungstätigkeiten für das COMOS Systems im validierten Umfeld, Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT in Bezug auf Benutzeranforderung, Prozessentwicklung und –optimierung im Pharma- und Engineering-Umfeld, Betreuung von Grossprojekten, Organisation und Durchführung von kommunikativen Tätigkeiten.

Qualifications and Skills

• Abgeschlossenes Informatik- oder Technik-Studium (HF, FH, Universität)
• Min. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Fachwissen im Bereich Softwaretechnik und – Engineering, Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit COMOS
• Sehr gutes digitales Verständnis (Digital Mindset) und eine innovative und kreative Denkweise für digitale Lösungsansätze
• Engagierte, couragierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise in einem agilen Umfeld
• Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte schnell aufzuschlüsseln und wiederzugeben
• Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Angemessener Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen
