Role and responsibilities
Develop and manage international markets for high-voltage cable accessories and cable system solutions Maintain and expand relationships with utilities, EPC contractors and cable manufacturers Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy transmission projects Support and manage complex international tenders and sales projects Collaborate with cable manufacturers and other partners in joint project opportunities Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activities Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategic market planning Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Project Management Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Skills
5–10 years of experience in international sales within the energy transmission or high-voltage industry
Experience with HV cable accessories, cable systems or related transmission equipment is a strong advantage
Good understanding of the project-driven business environment in international infrastructure markets
Experience in managing complex sales processes and technical tenders
Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
Ability to build long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Fluent English and German
