You will work as a Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Customer Service & Contact Center, Marketing, Field Service) and Microsoft Power Platform Functional Expert designing and implementing solutions on various customer projects. Your role within challenging CRM projects covers the entire life cycle: from pre-sales to requirement analysis, solution design, construction, deployment and operations.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • An academic degree from a university, university of applied sciences or technical college

  • At least three years’ experience in a service company in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform based solutions

  • Hands-on experience and expertise on Model driven Apps / Canvas App / Power Automate / Power Pages

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following modules: Sales Automation, Customer Service & Contact Center, Field Service Management, Marketing

  • Knowledge of the standard functionalities of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE

  • Understanding of the limits of the configuration and which extensions can be implemented cost-efficiently by programming

  • Experience in Microsoft products such as Copilot, Azure architecture, Power BI, Fabric is an advantage

  • Fluency in French and English
