Corporate Legal Counsel

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Lead end-to-end accountability for Legal & Integrity fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and compliance for all Swiss legal entities, including corporate secretarial services and regulatory filings. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Swiss Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic legal matters impacting business operations, mergers & acquisitions, and “license to operate” requirements. Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, data privacy and protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory certifications; ensure alignment with internal audit, HSE, and risk management standards. Provide expert counsel on contracts and commercial agreements in Switzerland; collaborate with global business functions and Legal colleagues on specialized topics such as IP, Business, Operations & Integrity. Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, agile legal team operating across the DACH cluster. Demonstrate commitment to supporting business operations in jurisdictions where dedicated legal resources are not available (e.g., Austria).

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Degree from a reputed law University and Swiss qualified lawyer with 10-15 years of professional experience in corporate/commercial law, gained in multinational corporate environments or top-tier law firms.
Proven ability to manage fiduciary responsibilities, corporate governance, and operate effectively within a decentralized organization.
Previous experience in Robotics sector and as a tech lawyer is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex legal matters with significant business exposure.
Familiarity with finance, treasury, risk management/insurance, and preferred experience in antitrust, IP, and IS/IT-related legal matters.
Proven track record of advising senior business stakeholders and regulators in an international context.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues and projects with diverse levels of management and employees.
Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with a focus on enabling business growth while managing legal risk.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English; additional regional languages are an asset.
