Maintenance Manager

Leads the Discipline of Total Productive Maintenance for the Swiss Structure operations. Establish a robust and standardized TPM program for the Emmen facilities, with a view to revise current processes and standard operating procedures as needed. Plan, execute and deliver on scope, time and budget for all maintenance-related activities. Ensure the plant jigs and tool, machinery and equipment are in a safe operating condition by completing planned, preventative and corrective maintenance requirements. Create and maintain a safe and compliant working environment through adherence to all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain the equipment in optimal production condition through adherence to the established TPM Program. Effectively and economically manage external resources to maintain the equipment operations in accordance with applicable requirements. Review production effectiveness continuously to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Operations team to identify prevention actions that drive long term sustainment action plans. Oversee plant and station/equipment reliability for industrial optimization with a view to continuously reduce cost through improved equipment operation, maintenance, and upgrades. Manage and organize the critical equipment spare parts inventory and budget using lean manufacturing principles. Work to establish the optimal part quantities and re-order points to mitigate machine downtime. Continuously develop and improve the plant's maintenance planning system so that it is an effective tool that helps reduce unplanned downtime and cost, whilst increasing machine productivity and maximizing throughput. • Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.

• Min 3 years of company relevant experience.

• Demonstrates insight into quality and safety standards including AS9100 and OSHA or similar.

• Previously worked with tooling for processing composite, metallic, and non-metallic materials.

• Experience with automation and machining.
