Senior Manager Compliance Programs and Projects

Assist cross-divisional project teams with the assessment of regulatory risks. Design and implement new compliance programs or solutions according to agreed action plans. Identify and execute compliance enhancement projects for operational efficiency, particularly in: System Enhancement: Maximizing the potential of existing technologies (e.g., Salesforce and Accuity). Process Automation: Integrating technology ecosystems to minimize manual processes and increase "straight-through" DD processes. Lead and support the Legal team in conducting, reviewing, and analyzing legal reviews related to projects with a regulatory compliance impact. Support the relevant IT teams in implementing technological enhancements and solutions related to new or existing compliance controls and processes. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that map the operational implementation of new compliance processes and controls.
