Officer Payment Investigations

You investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints relating to outgoing payments. You also review netting/settlement orders and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant departments to ensure that each order is executed correctly and on time. You work closely with international teams in Europe and Asia and actively contribute to the design and optimisation of payment processes.
