Warehouse Specialist

In this key role as Warehouse Specialist supports customers with part identification, part order processing and full repair / PM part planning. This individual plays a key role in Belimed Life Science ability to be an effective partner to our customers by providing top notch part planning and support. In this position receiving and shipping parts will be a daily task as well as keeping inventory in check. Your main tasks will include: Assists internal and external customers with part orders. Manages customer expectations and commitments in a thoughtful manner. Provides timely and accurate part identification and proactive delivery times. Supports field personnel with inventory control. Communicates part issues quickly to Supply chain or management for resolution. Assists customers and Finance in the resolution of billing and payment matters. Notifies management of any issues, concerns, or customer satisfaction problems. Keeps current on part documentation and regularly studies part diagrams. Utilizes service systems to research part applications and updates them as changes happen. Receives, quality controls and ships parts out of the warehouse while maintaining inventory control

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent

• 3 - 5 years part department / warehouse experience or part related customer service experience

• Experience with ERP/SAP required

• Must be creative, innovative, and flexible, with the ability to work in a matrix environment.

• Must be able to work on-call as business needs require including occasional nights, weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in the use of word processors, spreadsheets, communication software, database applications.

• Excellent Customer Communication skills (extensive phone work is required).

• Analytical/problem-solving skills.

• Strong warehousing skills

• Proven abilities in the areas of: interpersonal relations, ability to interpret part diagrams, technical understanding of parts functions, customer satisfaction skills
