Recruiting: Organizing recruiting events, active sourcing, needs assessment, creating and updating job postings, pre-selection of applicant dossiers, preparation and conducting of interviews. Personnel administration: Organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, creating employment references and contracts, personnel processing. Participation in the finance area. Supporting management in administrative tasks (coordination of meetings, travel, and events). General office management. Assisting in planning marketing strategies and managing business channels (LinkedIn, Xing).

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
