Tendering Engineer

Review customer specifications to define technical tender requirements. Develop deviation sheets and propose suitable technical solutions. Create accurate cost estimates and define material requirements in ERP and define material requirements. Obtain accurate pricing information by collaborating with suppliers & vendors. Ensure on-time cost estimate submittal to the bid and proposal team. Maintaining accurate technical and costing product information throughout the entire deal lifecycle. Provide technical tender support during bid revision or negotiation. Ensure clear and timely communication with all tender stakeholders.

• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering

• First experience in a similar role, especially in regard to the technical skills

• Experience in CAD and Microsoft 365 tools

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills as well as a self-starter mentality

• Fluent in English, Italian would be beneficial

• Willingness to travel up to 10%
