Define and execute the sales strategy for Rolling Stock within Dry Type Transformers Develop and maintain an effective channel strategy to drive market growth Manage customer requests, tenders, and bid processes end‑to‑end Prepare cost calculations and develop complete, competitive offers Lead commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Hand over awarded projects to project management teams Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and engagement Analyze lost bids and drive actions to improve future competitiveness

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, tendering, or bid management

  • Proven ability to manage complex commercial and tender processes

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

  • High attention to detail and structured way of working

  • Comfortable operating in cross‑functional, deadline‑driven environments

  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
