Lead Inbound Data Flow SAP Group Reporting, temporary

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Define target data flow architecture from source ledgers and sub-systems into SAP Group Reporting (including mapping, transformation and validation steps). Ensure solutions support IFRS, local GAAP and management reporting requirements. Coordinate extraction, transformation and loading (ETL/ELT) processes from source systems to consolidation. Drive data quality improvements with Finance, Group Accounting, and IT (e.g. resolving data gaps, inconsistencies, timing issues). Design and document standardized inbound data processes. Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements, align timelines, and resolve cross-functional issues. Communicate impacts of system or process changes on Group Reporting and local finance teams. Lead the inbound data work stream within broader SAP Group Reporting / consolidation programs. Plan and track work stream deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies. Coordinate functional and technical testing (SIT, UAT) for interfaces and data flows; manage defect resolution. Support change management, training and handover to BAU teams.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Experience in SAP ECCS, SEM-BCS and/or SAP Group Reporting, at least 5 years experience.
Experience in SAP Public Cloud.
Experience in designing SAP GRDC.
Knowledgeable in Group Accounting processes with focus on Financial Consolidation.
Bachelor or Master in Finance or Finance/IT.
Understanding of SAP data structures (charts of accounts, ledgers, FS items, dimensions).
Practical experience with interfaces/ETL, data mappings and reconciliations between source systems and consolidation tools.
Experience in planning, tracking and delivering milestones, managing risks and dependencies.
Ability to work effectively with Group Finance, BU Finance, IT, and external partners.
Strong communication skills, able to translate between finance and technical teams.
Experience with SIT/UAT, test case definition and defect management.
Structured, analytical way of working with strong problem solving skills.
High attention to detail and quality, especially regarding financial data.
Resilient and comfortable working under time pressure during closing cycles.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Experience working in complex, global programmes, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong collaboration skills and a “one team” attitude, supporting both Finance and IT colleagues.
