Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will carry out maintenance, repair, and commissioning work on compressors. You will be responsible for:

Maintenance and servicing of industrial compressors and accessories

Performing repairs, overhauls, and refurbishments

Commissioning new machines

Participating in the on-call service organization (scheduled standby duty)

Identifying additional customer needs and advising on suitable service solutions, consumables, and requirements for new equipment

Documenting customer observations and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate departments

• A technical vocational qualification (e.g., Polymechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Automation Technician, or similar)

• A valid Category B driving license for operating the service vehicle

• Confidence in using digital service and reporting tools, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications

• Ideally, experience in a repair environment and customer service

• Electrical knowledge is an advantage

• Very good knowledge in German (C1/C2)

• An open-minded, solution-oriented personality with a strong understanding of customer needs
