HR Consultant

You support and advise managers on employment law, personnel and organizational matters and guide them through complex HR topics. Together with managers, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for assigned positions and ensure a positive candidate experience. You initiate and support HR projects and actively drive the further development and digitalization of our HR processes and tools. You design and facilitate internal training sessions and workshops and actively contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization. You support the Head of HR in organizational, operational and strategic matters. You provide backup support in HR administration and payroll, including HR KPIs, and ensure smooth operations.

• You have completed commercial vocational training and further education in Human Resources (Federal Diploma in HR Management, College of Higher Education in Human Resources Management, or equivalent)

• You have several years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Consultant or HR Business Partner and ideally possess knowledge of payroll and social insurance topics

• You impress with an independent, structured and pragmatic working style as well as strong consulting and communication skills

• You are confident in operational HR matters and have a strong affinity for process optimization and digital HR solutions

• You are fluent in German and French, both written and spoken. English skills are an advantage
