Production Team Leader Welding

Lead, organize, and coordinate daily welding operations to meet production plans, deadlines, and performance targets. Supervise and support the welding team, ensuring clear task allocation, performance feedback, and ongoing development. Ensure strict adherence to welding procedures, quality standards, and technical specifications. Promote and enforce workplace safety regulations, conducting regular checks and addressing potential risks proactively. Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production Planning teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary. Foster a positive team environment that encourages accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
