Legal Engineer

Analyze and redesign legal processes, translating complex legal work into scalable workflows, decision logic and technology-enabled solutions. Identify and implement opportunities for automation, LegalTech and Generative AI to improve efficiency, quality and user experience. Collaborate with Senior Management, Lawyers, Legal Operations, Technology and business stakeholders to design, prototype, test and deploy legal solutions. Translate legal and business requirements into practical, user-friendly and scalable products, tools and workflows. Structure legal knowledge, content and data to enable reuse, automation and AI-supported legal services. Promote continuous improvement and responsible adoption of AI by monitoring solution performance, incorporating user feedback and ensuring appropriate governance and human oversight. Work closely with the Head of Change and Transformation to establish an innovative Legal Engineering function.
