Product Structuring Specialist

support the design and implementation of new international feeder and multi-manager structures (e.g. Cayman, Ireland, Luxembourg, US) contribute to structuring solutions for investments into US and non-US underlying strategies (e.g. BDCs, hedge funds, private markets funds) support preparation of product documentation (e.g. term sheets, offering documents) ensure alignment with internal governance and risk frameworks act as a key interface between portfolio management, legal, tax, distribution and external service providers support discussions with internal stakeholders and senior management on structuring topics assist in onboarding third-party and in-house alternative solutions onto the GWM Platform manage counterparty relationships during onboarding implement contractual arrangements and arrange internal operational set-up.

We are looking for a temporary Product Structuring Specialist in Zurich to support the team until December 2027 on a fixed-term contract.
