Transaction Manager (DCM) – Investment Banking

In this position, you will work in a highly professional and collaborative environment, take responsibility for the documentation and execution of a wide range of debt capital market transactions for domestic and international clients, provide market-technical, regulatory expertise and advisory services to internal stakeholders and external clients (issuers), collaborate closely with issuers, internal and external legal advisors, regulatory authorities, clearing and settlement organizations, and origination teams, coordinate all involved parties and manage tasks that arising throughout the lifecycle of a debt transaction.
