Project Manager - MEP - Industrial Construction Projects

Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets. Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants. Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. Run and lead client and other required meetings. Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data. Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction. Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders. Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
A degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
Professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong MEP expertise and industrial construction.
Proven experience in leading or co‑managing complex large‑scale projects and programmes.
Extensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools.
