Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Provide first-level technical support to employees across international locations
Resolve helpdesk tickets quickly and professionally
Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, printers, mobile devices, VPN access)
Manage Active Directory accounts (password resets, groups, permissions)
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Assist with VPN connectivity and remote access issues
Perform basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, DHCP, DNS)
Support certificate-based authentication and smart-card login
Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and GDPR
Train employees on IT tools and systems
Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, equipment, access)
Monitor security alerts and escalate threats as needed

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Required
Completed IT education or equivalent training
1–2 years of experience in helpdesk/IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
Experience with Active Directory user management
Microsoft 365 troubleshooting (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Excellent English and German (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset
Preferred
macOS support
Experience with virtualization (Proxmox)
Basic PowerShell scripting
Understanding of multi-site environments
Experience with IPsec/SSL VPN
IT security and GDPR awareness
ITIL Foundation (or willingness to obtain)
