CAD / PDM Administrator

You’ll drive the development and improvement of our internal processes, tools, and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders from all Tecan sites. You’ll ensure our CAD and PDM systems are always available, up-to-date, and running smoothly, working closely with our IT department. You’ll support your colleagues by providing first-level support, sharing your expertise, and helping them get the most out of our systems. You’ll test new application versions, prepare and support upgrades, and collect user feedback to make our tools even better. You’ll create and update user documentation and training materials, and you’ll organize and lead engaging training sessions. You’ll act as a technical lead for CAD power users and as a local SAP Power User.

• You have a background in Mechanical Engineering

• You have more than 5 years of experience with PTC and Creo and brings experience in Windchill administration

• You have basic experience as an SAP user and have advanced IT knowledge in both hardware and software

• You’re familiar with scripting and basic programming

• You communicate fluently in both German and English, written and spoken

• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• You enjoy working independently, are proactive, and can be relied upon by your team.

• You’re a great communicator, able to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
