Proactively manages accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability. Identify appropriate opportunity to sell TD full portfolio of products and services. Develops strategic business plans, and effectively present to TD management. Provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc. Viewed by supporting departments management teams as a change agent and subject matter expert. Manages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers. Assists associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues. Helping resellers get best pricing / deals through alliance with internal TD departments; informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; forming relationships; providing proactive business solutions. Requires high level of interpersonal and collaborative skills. Identifies, develops, and implements business opportunities through customer facing activities. Demonstrates detailed account knowledge. Represents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners, customers, and supporting departments. Performs additional duties as assigned. Meets attendance and punctuality standards.
