Your role will include: Sanctions: Perform sanctions due diligence on clients and related parties during the onboarding phases as well as periodic or ad hoc review phases. Perform analysis on true sanctions hits escalated by the Compliance Monitoring as part of the sanction screening done on the client base and on the transactional activity of our clients. Assess potential exposure to sectoral sanctions, export controls, dual-use goods and sanctioned industries. Provide recommendations regarding acceptance, rejection or escalation of client relationship. Support and advise other compliance officers on sanction related topics. Regulatory monitoring on sanction news impacting the bank and analysis of the impact on our client base, and analyse the impact of new sanctions packages. Draft and maintain sanctions policies and procedures. Participate in the calibration and optimization of sanctions screening systems. Reporting: Contribute to the bank’s monitoring of risk tolerance, risk analysis and key risk indicators. Support ad hoc reporting requests: special requests, audits, regulatory reviews etc. Others: Provide targeted training on sanctions. Drafting of internal memos and presentations. Support and advice to management.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Expert in Financial Sanction.
Good knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws.
Analytical and methodological approach.
Very good writing and communication skills in French and English (Other languages is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent command of Powerpoint.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workloads.
Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Laws or Economics with appetite for data crunching and analysis.
3 to 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
