Develop and enhance automation solutions for a large-scale infrastructure platform Work in a DevOps environment where development and operations are part of daily business Build Infrastructure as Code and configuration management solutions using Ansible and Python Improve platform reliability through monitoring, automation, and continuous optimization Contribute to the evolution of VMware-based infrastructure services

• Several years of hands-on experience with Ansible, including maintaining and developing roles and collections

• Strong Python skills and experience developing automation solutions in alignment with CI/CD practices, Git, and infrastructure automation

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director, as well as experience managing operating systems (RHEL/Windows) and DNS services

• Experience in monitoring technologies such as vRealize Suite, Prometheus, Grafana, and Logstash

• Experience analysing operational workflows and automating repetitive tasks

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Curious, flexible, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage
