Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor. Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in‑person formats for global deployment. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance. Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.
