As HR Manager, you will act as a key partner to leaders and employees, providing expert guidance across the employee lifecycle and supporting the successful execution of people strategies and processes. Combining hands-on HR operations with strategic consulting, you will help foster an engaging, compliant, and high-performing work environment. You will collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders, contributing to organizational effectiveness, employee development, and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Acting as a trusted advisor to local line managers and employees on all HR-related topics by providing effective HR solutions in compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies. Advising and supporting annual people processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and the annual merit review cycle. Supporting teams and line managers in organizational development and change initiatives by providing HR consulting, data-driven insights, communication support, and guidance on contractual frameworks. Managing onboarding and offboarding activities, including performance improvement and employee separation processes. Serving as the key interface to our external payroll partner. Further developing and continuously improving HR processes, policies, and employee offerings.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
A completed degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (FH, University, or equivalent).
Several years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role within an international environment.
A structured and proactive way of working, combined with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices, with experience managing complex employee relations matters.
Proficiency in Workday or a comparable HRIS.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
