Lead and develop the Data Science & Analytics team, including coaching, capability building, and people development. Define what good looks like for Data Science & Analytics by setting standards and best practices, supported by playbooks, training materials, and delivery frameworks. Ensure high-quality delivery across Data Science & Analytics contributions in a matrix setup. Partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to translate business questions into analytical problems, and turn insights into decisions. Support high-value decisions through analytics, experimentation, impact measurement, and advanced analytical methods such as causal inference - bringing rigorous evidence and constructive challenge to the company’s most important questions. Build a community for data-driven decision-making across Sunrise by driving knowledge exchange, promoting best practices, and raising analytical fluency across the organization.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Proven people leadership experience, including line management, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
Strong expertise in advanced analytics for decisioning, ideally including causal inference, experimentation, impact measurement, and related statistical methods, supported by an advanced degree in a STEM field, economics, business informatics, or similar
Deep hands-on analytics coding skills, ideally in both Python and R, with the ability to guide others on methodological and technical quality
Excellent advisory and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders credibly, constructively challenge assumptions, and turn analysis into decisions
Strong business acumen and the ability to focus teams on the work that creates the highest return on investment
A pragmatic consulting mindset paired with strong delivery focus and sound judgment
Fluency in English; German advantageous
