Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with all applicable safety, health, environmental, airworthiness, company, and regulatory requirements. Planning, assigning, and monitoring work orders and resources in line with workload requirements. Ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks. Organizing and coordinating the required equipment, tools, and work instructions to support smooth operational activities. Managing and developing employee capabilities and qualifications while ensuring appropriate training and development opportunities. Applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and achieve departmental objectives. Promoting a high-performance team culture through goal setting, performance management, and employee motivation. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and supporting cross-functional activities across the organization.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Completed technical vocational training or equivalent technical qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the MRO industry with solid knowledge of operational processes
Proven leadership experience in a technical or production environment
Good command of English and German (minimum B2 level)
Practical experience in applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Additional training or qualifications in administration or business-related disciplines are an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a structured, decisive, and solution-oriented approach to work
